Where do the films on archivealive.org come from?
The films featured on this website come from our project partners. Films of East Anglia come from the University of East Anglia's East Anglian Film Archive, and the French films come from Pole Image Haute-Normandie, our partners in northern France.
Both archives are made up of collections ranging from home movies and the work of amateur photographers, to professional film-makers, including regional news broadcasters.

Will more films be added to the website in the future?
We will be adding more and more digitised archive film all the time. For up to date information fill in the registration form in the top right of this page.
Who do I contact with any technical difficulties I am having?
If you have any technical difficulties on the website, please don't hesitate to contact the Archive Alive team using the contact form above.
How can I found out more about Archive Alive, Digital Heritage or Norwich HEART?
Firstly, you can fill in the 'Register for Updates' form in the top right of this page. We will send out information of new screening events and any news we have to anyone who fills in this form.
We will also update the 'News and Events' section with all new news and events information. You can access this from the homepage.
